The Academy is owned, operated, and managed by Cricmax Connect Inc. or, where applicable, by an independently owned and operated Local Operator under sublicense from Cricmax Connect Inc. The Academy is granted a limited license to use certain Knight Riders Academy brand assets. Neither Knight Riders Sports USA Inc. nor the LAKR cricket team owns, operates, manages, controls, supervises, endorses, or is responsible for the Academy or its day-to-day operations.
